Applications are invited for the post of one Project Fellow (Rs.8000/- P.M.) under the UGC Project entitled "Modeling, simulation and study of noise performance and noise characteristics of Double Gate In-P based InAlAs/InGaAS HEMT for high Power and tera Hz. Frequency applications." Candidates with M.Sc Degree in Electronics/Physics(with specialization in Electronics) with a minimum of 55% marks should apply with detailed bio-data on plain paper.
